Catching a decent shot of a Dragonfly in flight has long been an ambition. This is possibly the artistically best one of this year even if photographically and scientifically it leaves a lot to be desired. This was shot just a couple of days ago in a brief sunny interlude after several days of rain, one has to be impressed that they're still around at all. |
